MEDALS: In order to have medals back in time for Remembrance Day, our mounting team will be accepting larger sets of medals, consisting of 5 or more medals, until 20 October. For smaller sets, 4 or less, you have until 27 October to get them in. If your medals need to be shipped, please submit them as early as possible so that we have plenty of time to ship them to get them to you on time. Medals take 2-3 weeks from mid-week pick-up.

Temporary Hours and Holiday Closures

The C&E Museum and Mercury Shop are testing out new hours; from 14 November until 05 December; we will be open from 0900 to 1430 every Friday. Hours for Monday to Thursday will remain the same. 

Holiday Closures: 
The Shop and C&E Museum will be closed from 12 December until 04 January. We will re-open on Monday 05 January 2026.

From 15 to 19 December the online store will also be closed as we do inventory but will be available again on the 19th.

Anything ordered after December 19 will be fulfilled the week of January 5th when we are back on site.
