The C&E Museum and Mercury Shop will be closed from 13 December until 05 January, reopening on 06 January. Online orders can still be placed during this time and will be fulfilled when we reopen in January.
During the week of 16 to 20 December, the online store will be closed for inventory, but items ordered before that, which can be fulfilled (ie not mounting) will be shipped the week of the 16th. The shop online store will re-open on the 20th and, as above, any orders placed between 20 and 05 January will be fulfilled when we re-open.
Shipping
Due to the on-going Canada Post strike we cannot currently ship to the US or internationally. Domestic shipping can still be done as we primarily ship with Purolator. If you use a PO Box, we do require a physical address to ship through Purolator.
Anything that has to go through Canada Post will not be shipped until after the strike.
Medals
Medals that were ordered after 29 November will be back sometime in January, we do not currently have a date. Going forward, once we re-open, medals will be 3-4 weeks from when our mounter picks up. If you need your medals for a certain date, even if it is 4+ weeks away, please let us know, either in a note on the order, or by email, so that we can ensure there is no delay in your medals being mounted.
