The Mercury Shop offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

When you make a purchase from our store, as part of the buying and selling process we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, phone number, shipping address and email address.
Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This applies to all products purchased both in store and online.
To be eligible for a return or exchange you must have your original receipt. Your item must be unused and still enclosed inside the original packaging. We reserve the sole right to determine if the product is in new condition enclosed in original packaging.
Refunds will be issued using the exact payment method which originally paid for the item.
