The C&E Museum and Mercury Shop are testing out new hours; from 14 November until 05 December; we will be open from 0900 to 1430 every Friday. Hours for Monday to Thursday will remain the same. Holiday Closures: The Shop and C&E Museum will be closed from 12 December until 04 January. We will re-open on Monday 05 January 2026.From 15 to 19 December the online store will also be closed as we do inventory but will be available again on the 19th. Anything ordered after December 19 will be fulfilled the week of January 5th when we are back on site.

Remembrance Day Medals and Medal mounting With fall approaching we turn to thoughts of events, and memorials occurring during these months, one of the most important being Remembrance Day. If you need your medals mounted for Remembrance Day, please note that the cut-off date is: Thursday 09 October 2025. Any medals receive after that will not be back in time for Remembrance Day. In order to avoid stress and delays, especially if we have to order items for your medals, we advise bringing them in as soon as possible. Canada Post Strike The Canada Post Strike is set to begin on 23 May 2025. Most of the Mercury Shop services will not be impacted as we generally ship through Purolator. Overseas missions through the Belleville PO Box - to continue as normal What will be affected: Addresses that are a PO Box - if you have a physical address, please use that instead of the PO Box US & International Shipping - we will be unable to ship until the strike is over. Happy Holidays everyone! The C&E Museum and Mercury Shop will be closed from 13 December until 05 January, reopening on 06 January.
