Medals ordered between 10 October and 15 November should be back in December. Medals received after this will likely not be back until January. HOLIDAY CLOSURES: The Shop and C&E Museum will be closed from 12 December until 04 January. From 15 to 19 December the online store will also be closed as we do inventory but will be available again on the 19th. Anything ordered after December 19 will be fulfilled the week of January 5th when we are back on site.

Holiday Closures and More

Happy Holidays Everyone!

Please note that the C&E Museum Gallery will be closed from 04 December 2023 until 12 February 2024. There will be no admission to the museum itself during this time but The Mercury Shop remains open as does the large conference room for bookings.

 

Please note that our closures for the holiday break are as follows:

14 December - Closed 1200

15 December to 7 January - Closed

08 January - Open 1000 to 1530

Please note as well that the online website will not be available from 15 to 21 December as we will be doing inventory.

Orders placed from 21 December to 07 January will be fulfilled the week of 08 January where possible.

 

Medal Mounting

Any medals purchased for mounting from 20 November onward will likely not be completed until sometime in January. Unfortunately our medal mounter will be undergoing surgery soon and will not be able to mount new orders.
