One of Kingston 's largest museums, the Military Communications and Electronics Museum is located on the grounds of CFN Kingston. It was established there win 1961 and move to it's current purpose-built location in 1996. The museum's large collection features military keeps, tanks, cable laying equipment, and radar. The large white radar antenna in front of the building were donated by CFB D'Amore upon its closing. The museum is funded by the Military Communications and Electronics Museum Foundation, a charitable organization, revenue from it's shop, admission, and donations.
