Shipping policy

Domestic shipping (Canada) is mainly Purolator Express; some exceptions apply.

If you are shipping to a PO Box or outside of Canada the shipping method will be Canada Post. For US and International orders we do flat rate shipping and you will have the option to ship tracked or untracked.

We also offer in-store pick-up for free.

If you are ordering an item that is no more than 20 mm thick and 270mm wide, we do offer untracked Canada Post shipping. Please email us with the items you would like to order and requesting the $5.00+tx untracked shipping option. 

Shipping is usually done every Thursday. 

We offer shipping globally with the exception of some countries due to current shipping restrictions implemented by the Government of Canada.

US shipping prices include the cost of the import fee to US due to the US suspended its duty-free “de minimis” threshold of US$800.

Shipping overseas - the cost is calculated based on an average cost of our standard package size. Some of the shipping cost may be refunded if there is a large discrepancy between the cost of shipping on the website and the charge when we go to ship the package.
