Medals ordered between 10 October and 15 November should be back in December. Medals received after this will likely not be back until January. HOLIDAY CLOSURES: The Shop and C&E Museum will be closed from 12 December until 04 January. From 15 to 19 December the online store will also be closed as we do inventory but will be available again on the 19th. Anything ordered after December 19 will be fulfilled the week of January 5th when we are back on site.

Canada Post Strike - Read for latest shipping updates

CANADA POST STRIKE

Updated 13 October:  Canada Post workers have switched to rotating strikes, which means that mail will resume but will be slow.

25 September:

As of 25 September 2025, Canada Post works have walked off the job. 

At this time all mail has been stopped and cannot be shipped through Canada Post. 

Overseas missions through the Belleville PO Box - to continue as normal

What will be affected:

Addresses that are a PO Box - if you have a physical address, please use that instead of the PO Box

US & International Shipping - we will be unable to ship until the strike is over.
